The New Leader Scholarship consists of support for undergraduate students attending one of the five Bay Area public universities. In addition, we provide support for New Leader Scholars that have received an award as an undergraduate and attend graduate school at a public university in California. All Scholars can apply for graduate school preparation support (regardless of the graduate school location) and assistance with other personal health related services.
New Guidlines and Applications are updated in mid-January for the upcoming academic year. Deadline for submission is March 10th.
Stipends for graduate school supplemental support are one-time only and can be submitted at any time.
For assistance with personal health related services (for Scholars only) please contact your New Leader Scholarship mentor or Dr. Ruth Goldman.
